We are pleased to inform you that our mall is officially introducing a 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 starting from 1st February 2023.
This new system will provide you with an effortless parking experience by eliminating the need to carry cash or parking tickets.
The new system will have the following 3 simple steps:
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 – Tap your card to enter the parking lot. You will have to tap your card at the designated card reader located at the entrance of the parking lot.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 – Go shopping. Once you have entered the parking lot, you can proceed to do your shopping.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 – Tap your card to exit the parking lot. Before you exit the parking lot, you will have to tap your card again at the designated card reader located at the exit of the parking lot.
The following cards will be accepted: 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮, 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝘆𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗣𝗮𝘆. These cards will be used to automatically calculate your parking fee, which will be charged to your card upon exit. Please note that the parking rate will remain unchanged.
If you are an existing season card holder, please go to the 8th Floor Payment Counter for further assistance or call the 𝗖𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝟬𝟭𝟳 𝟴𝟭𝟮 𝟴𝟮𝟵𝟵. Our customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you in making the transition to the new system.
